DIGITERM thermo regulator family is characterized by digital concept not only in the display manner but also a complete signal processing. Common features for all thermoregulator are:
Power supply: 230Vac or 24Vdc Consumption: 2VA (digiterm8T 4VA) Contact rating: 5A/250Vac Adjustment of all parameters is performed with the front panel keys. Parameters are read on the LED display with three digits All devices have a calibration potentiometer which can counteract the influence of the measuring cable lengths (the resistance probes); for multichannel device calibration is performed individually for each channel. All set parameters (temperature, time ...) stay in memory in case of power failure Almost all devices can be configured for heating or cooling mode. Type of control: on / off Measurement ranges and resolutions depend on the probes used. |

Digiterm 1 M is a precision digital thermometer.
Digiterm1T is thermo controller intended to measure and control temperature in a wide range. Operating temperature and hysteresis are entered with buttons on the front of the unit. Probes and temperature ranges for DIGITERM1M and 1T: - 20 / +100 C - 0.1C resolution, KTY81-accuracy + / -1.5% - 50 / +200 C-Pt100; Pt1000 - resolution 1C, accuracy + / -1% - 50 / +500 C-Pt100; Pt1000; 1C resolution, accuracy + / -1% - housing 96x48mm (93x45mm mounting hole) and 75x33mm (70x29mm mounting hole)

The combination of timer and thermoregulator. After reaching the set temperature timer begins to run. The temperature is maintained until the set time expires. Then the output relay is in off position, display shows instantaneous temperature and the message "END" to indicate the process is completed. Time can be set from 0-99.9 hours in steps of 0.1 hour. This regulator can be used in the chemical and food industries (metal powder coating, baking and drying processes ...) medicine (sterilizers) ...

THREE RELAY OUTPUT - DIGITERM 3R |
Similar to Digiterm1T with the difference that it has three relay outputs that respond to different temperatures. Setting the temperature of reaction and hysteresis is performed for each relay output separatly. Temperature ranges and types of probes are same as for Digiterm 1M and 1T. |

DIFFERENTIAL THERMO CONTROLLER - DIFTERM |
Differential thermo controller is used for solar water heating systems. It has two probes that operate in the range 0..100C. The display can show the temperature of the boiler and collectors (selected by the user). When the collector temperature rises above the value of boiler temperature for a set value, relay output allows the pump to run. When the temperature difference between boiler and collector drops to a specific value pump is turned off. User specifies the temperature difference depending on whether it is a direct system or system with heat exchanger.

ACQUISITION SYSTEM |
It is designed to display, capture, store and print data on measured temperatures in refrigerators, dryers in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other similar industries. Standard implementation: twelve sampling locations from which data are collected with the current value displayed on the display.
Temperature can be within -50 ... +100 C. The resolution is 0.1 C, and the display accuracy + / -0.5 C. Every hour the measured values are recorded in memory together with time stamp (date and hour) . The memory is sufficient for approximately forty days. Memorised information can be displayed or printed in the form of tabular reports. Reports, and the whole system, can be useful in monitoring the temperature in order to meet a specific production process, energy savings, generate reports to meet ISO standards... On request we can make data acquisition systems with different characteristics (number of sampling locations, acquisition frequency, amount of memory ...) |

It can be used to maintain moisture within set limits (relay outputs will include the necessary wetting or drying of air) or only to detect that relative humidity reached a certain percentage (used in one of the relay outputs K1 or K2 depending on whether it is necessary to dry or humidifying). |
